Delivery Information

1. Order
  • Discover our disposables (plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, tablecloths, containers, aluminium foil, cellophane and more)
  • Make your choice and place the items in the cart.
  • Place your order.
  • You will receive an email to confirm your order.

2. Processing
  • Your order will be processed by our team and is sent to you as quickly as possible.
  • Processing time of an order is 1-2 working days.
  • In busy periods the processing time of your order might be 3-5 days.

3. Delivery
  • Your order is picked up by our transporter DPD (or other delivery company)
  • DPD will do their best to deliver your package as soon as possible

  • BELGIUM 1-2 working days
  • NETHERLAND 1-3 working days
  • LUXEMBOURG 1-5 working days
  • GERMANY 2-5 working days
  • FRANCE 2-5 working days
  • OTHER COUNTRIES Disposables by Farla Belgium delivers their articles also in other countries. For more information, please contact us cuplate@farla.com
  • The delivery time is for informational purposes and is not binding. It depends on the availability of the stock and the carrier. Exceeding the delivery time is not a ground for the cancellation of  the order or compensation.
  • Please note! To keep the shipping costs as low as possible we will try to fit as many of your purchased items in 1 box – meaning that if necessary we will take out the product of their original package and pack them in a way that will take less space. If you would rather have your items shepped uin their original package you can contact us right after placing your order at cuplate@farla.com (mention your order number) and we will calculate for you the updated shipping costs based on how many boxes your order will be packed in.

Delivery Prices
  • BELGIUM NETHERLAND LUXEMBOURG: Free delivery for orders of more than 50 euro. For orders less than 50 euro a shipping fee of 7.50 euro per box will be added
  • GERMANY: 8 euro shipping fee per box
  • FRANCE: 12 euro shipping fee per box
  • Austria: 18.5 euro shipping fee per box
  • Denmark: 25 euro shipping fee per box
  • Poland: 30 euro shipping fee per box
  • Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, Hungary, Estonia, Czech Republic: 35 euro shipping fee per box
  • OTHER COUNTRIES: We also deliver our products in other countries. For more information, please contact us cuplate@farla.com

Please note: When ordering a bulk order that fits on a pallet, the shipping costs will be recalculated after placing your order.

You will see the standard box shipping rate (or free shipping) at checkout but after we have received your order we will recalculate the pallet shipping costs and send them to you via email to be confirmed.

Once the pallet shipping is payed your order will be packed and shipped to you as fast as possible.
